We are here to help you make the process easier by providing you with all the info and details you'll need for your journey with us
We provide flexibility to add and update your details (i.e. number of tables and decor required) as your planning progresses
Our online consultation includes pictures and videos of our florals and decor so you can see exactly what you are getting.

Step 3. Assigned Your Own Event Manager and Personalised Lookbook
Meet your dedicated Event Manager & receive your Lookbook, all included when you book with us
Planning a wedding often involves lots of different vendors. When you book with us, you can have peace of mind that we will look after the whole process leaving you more precious time to sort out other aspects of your wedding day.
Your event manager ensures that whether you are DIY-ing or engaging our set up team, everything from pick up times, to bump in and set up details are all fully covered for a stress free day.
You won't need to worry if your florals are being repurposed correctly from ceremony to reception or if you will receive your bridal party florals on time as we arrange for prior pick up or postage!
Lookbook
Our Lookbook is an online visual guide to everything on your invoice for easy reference if you are wanting colours to match or have forgotten what you have booked with us (which happens quite often!)
It also contains all the information and details needed with your journey with us including your set up details, payment balance, and any information that your venue will need like insurance.
All your changes (as your planning progresses) will be reflected on your lookbook so everyone is always on the same page and up to date!

Working together with our event manager ensures that your day will be absolutely amazing with our florals and decor!
All the behind the scenes work will have been done by us and when your big day arrives, the only thing left for you to do is to enjoy and celebrate with your partner, friends and family!
Periodic check in’s make sure we always stay up to date right up until the big day and when needed, even the day of as your event manager is prepared for all the unpredictable!
Sometimes, emergencies and last minute changes do happen, but you can be rest assured that our team will be there to support you on your special day!
